Application:

Production method:
It is a salt formed by hyaluronic acid carboxyl group and metal sodium ion. Hyaluronic acid is commonly found in animals and humans, such as skin, muscle, cartilage, brain, cockscomb, artery and vein walls, etc. Commonly used extraction materials include rooster comb, umbilical cord, bull’s eye and so on. The preparation method using chicken combs as raw materials is as follows.
1. Extraction: Fresh cockscombs are washed with acetone, dehydrated and crushed, and extracted with distilled Chemicalbook water for 24 hours, repeated 3 times, and the filtrate is combined.
2. Remove protein and precipitation: mix the extract with equal volume of chloroform and stir for 3 hours, separate the aqueous phase, add 2 times the amount of ethanol, collect the precipitate, acetone dehydration, and vacuum drying to obtain crude hyaluronic acid.
3. After enzymatic hydrolysis, complexation, dissociation and precipitation, high-quality hyaluronic acid is obtained. Then it forms a salt with metal sodium ions.
