A kind of synthetic method of Phenylethyl Acetate, it is characterised in that the method comprises the following steps:
Step 1. Add 100g of phenethyl alcohol, 200ml of dichloroethane, and 2g of catalyst Pt/SiO2 to a 500ml four-necked flask equipped with a mechanical stirring bar, a reflux condenser, and a constant pressure funnel, and slowly add 55g of acetic anhydride dropwise with stirring to heat up and reflux for 1h ;
Step 2, changing the reflux device into a distillation device, steaming part of the dichloroethane, until the distillate is clarified, and the steaming amount is 100ml;
Step 3, cooling the reaction solution to below 10°C, washing with ice water to obtain a dichloroethane solution of Phenylethyl Acetate, drying over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and distilling under reduced pressure to completely evaporate the dichloroethane to obtain Phenylethyl Acetate.
Described Pt/SiO catalyst preparation method is as follows:
Step 1. Fully dissolve and disperse 3g NaSiO 9H0 into water, then slowly add 10g ethyl acetate dropwise, and continue stirring for 1h to complete the reaction;
Step 2. The above solution is aged in air for 24 hours, filtered, washed with water for several times, and dried under vacuum at 40°C for 6 hours to obtain SiO nanoparticles;
Step 3. Disperse 2 mg SiO in 5 mL of water, add 1 wt% hydrofluoric acid to etch for 1 min, then add 1.33 ml of 38.62 mM HPtCl, and oscillate ultrasonically for 30 min;
Step 4. Add 3ml of 40mM NaBH reducing agent to the above mixture, continue to ultrasonically vibrate for 2h until the remaining NaBH is fully decomposed, and centrifuge and wash to pH=7;
Step 5. Put the above centrifuged product into a vacuum drying oven at 40° C., and after drying for 8 hours, obtain a Pt/SiO nano-catalyst.
