Production method:
- It is produced by the reaction of anhydrous oxalic acid and phosphorus pentachloride.
- The preparation method from anhydrous oxalic acid and phosphorus pentachloride is to react oxalic acid and phosphorus pentachloride to obtain oxalyl chloride.
