(4) Open the coil to access steam, heat the still, and control the evaporation rate in the still by adjusting the steam pressure connected to the coil; the heating time is 6 to 8 hours; from the initial heating to before boiling, the steam pressure is 0.25~035MPa; after boiling. The pressure is controlled at 0.05-0.08MPa within 5 hours; it is advisable to control the pressure at 0.08-0.1MPa within 0.5-3 hours after boiling; it is controlled at 0.1-0.12MPa within 3-5 hours after boiling; it is controlled at 0.15-0.2MPa within 5 hours after boiling. (5) Cooling water control: When the distillation kettle is heated until the temperature inside the kettle is 60°C, the condenser is turned on and the cooling water is connected; within half an hour after boiling, the temperature of the effluent cooled by the condenser is controlled at 20°C with cooling water. ~25°C; After half an hour, the temperature of the effluent rises to 30~35°C and remains stable until the end;
(6) The oil-water mixture cooled by the condenser is introduced into the oil-water separator; the temperature control of the oil-water separator: within half an hour after boiling, the temperature is controlled at 20-25°C, and then the temperature should be kept at 30-35°C;
(7) Distillation control: Distillation time control: After being separated by the oil-water separator, the distillate is reflowed back into the distillation kettle for 3 hours, after which the reflow valve is closed, the collection valve is opened, and the water layer is collected to obtain Lavender Hydrosol;
(8) After the oil and water are fully separated, open the oil-water separator and collect the oil layer to obtain lavender essential oil;
(9) Drain water and remove slag: Use the container to recover the residual water in the still, and use it again as the bottom still for distillation; pour out the residue; rinse the still still for the next distillation.
