Chemical nature:
Kojic acid crystals are prismatic, needle-like and colorless. Kojic acid is easily soluble in water, alcohol, and acetone, slightly soluble in ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, and pyridine, but hardly soluble in most other solvents. Application:
