1.Used in organic synthesis. It is an intermediate of the dye cationic yellow 7GLL (C.I.Basic Yellow 21, C.I.48060). This dye has good light fastness and washing fastness, and is mainly used for dyeing acrylic fiber.
2.Used as dyes and pharmaceutical intermediates.
