Description:

Cyclophosphamide is an anti infective drug, which was successfully developed by the Federal German pharmaceutical factory. Its mechanism of action is to change the integrity of fungal cell membrane, cause the outflow of intracellular substances, and block the uptake of protein precursors, resulting in the death of fungal cells.
It has strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on dermatophytes, chemicalbook yeasts and molds, and has strong permeability. At higher concentrations, it can also inhibit various actinomycetes, gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia, trichomonas, Trichomonas vaginalis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of superficial skin fungal infection, such as tinea corporis, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea manus and tinea pedis (especially keratotic thickening), tinea versicolor, cutaneous candidiasis, Candida albicans and onychomycosis.
