Chemical nature:
This product is a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. The relative density (20℃) is 1.275. Freezing point -15℃. Has excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and oxidant-resistant. It does not hydrolyze when pH>14, and has good thermal stability.
Application:
- Used as corrosion and scale inhibitor to treat industrial water. This product has excellent complexing ability with Ca2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Mg2+ plasma. Suitable for Chemicalbook to be used in the pH range of 7.0 to 9.5. It can be operated under high temperature, high hardness and high alkalinity conditions. The concentration ratio of circulating cooling water can be increased to more than 7.

Production method:
Add dimethyl phosphite and dimethyl maleate to be moles into the reaction kettle, and react at 100-105°C for 4 hours under the catalysis of sodium peroxide to generate intermediate (I). The (I) Chemicalbook is transferred to the condensation kettle, and it undergoes a Micheal addition reaction with acrylic acid in the presence of a catalyst to produce intermediate (II). Move (II) into the hydrolysis kettle and hydrolyze the product under acid catalysis.
