Report one
A preparation method of bentonite mud, comprising the following steps:
Step 1: Select bentonite raw ore, crush, sieve out stones and impurities, and leave bentonite;
Step 2: Dry the bentonite, and then use a crusher to break it into granules, and then break it into tiny granules, and then spread it on the ground layer by layer. When there is no layer of bentonite, add a layer on top Sodium carbonate, a total of at least 10 layers of bentonite, the top layer is bentonite, after which it will be covered with a drape for sodiumization for 2-3 days;
Step 3: Put all the bentonite and sodium carbonate in step 2 into the pulverizer and crush them into powder, mix them together, and then spread them on the ground layer by layer, and then cover them with a drape for 2-3 days. Obtain bentonite after sodiumization;
Step 4: Take cement, sand and water for mixing, add sodium bentonite and synergist during the mixing process, first stir in the mixer at a speed of 5000r/min for 1min, and then stir at a speed of 15000r/min for 2min ;
Step five: measure the density of the obtained bentonite cement slurry and measure the thickening time with a thickening instrument;
Step 6: Take a small amount of evenly stirred bentonite cement slurry and import it into the test mold, put it into the curing room for curing, and obtain the shaped bentonite slurry;
Step 7: Measure the dry density, water absorption, compressive strength and flexural strength of the formed bentonite mud.
Report two
A preparation process of composite bentonite, comprising the following steps:
Step 1: mining bentonite ore to obtain bentonite raw material;
Step 2: Dry the bentonite raw material in a drying kiln at a temperature of 285°C until the moisture is 15%;
Step 3: After drying, the bentonite is transported to the mill by the conveyor belt for grinding. The fineness of the powder is 160 mesh. Before grinding, the compound bentonite additive is evenly added to the conveyor belt;
Step 4: After grinding, use a cyclone classifier to classify and remove impurities from bentonite;
Step 5: The bentonite obtained in Step 4 is dried in a three-channel rotary drying oven until the water content is 8%, and the drying temperature is 75° C. to obtain the final product.
The mass ratio of the composite bentonite additive to bentonite is 20:100. The composite additive includes microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide and a high-temperature anti-explosion agent.
Report three
A kind of production method of bentonite for drilling mud material:
(1) Grinding bentonite raw materials to less than 100 mesh;
(2) Mix the finely ground bentonite with water to form a slurry with a slurry concentration of 50% to 60% and stir in a stirring device;
(3) Add 3.5% sodium carbonate, 0.05%~0.5% sodium polyacrylate thickener and 0.2%~0.4% carboxymethyl starch fluid loss control agent to the pulp in step 2 based on the mass percentage of bentonite and add The stirring device is heated to 45°C;
(4) After stirring and reacting for 1 hour, the slurry is transported to a filter press for suction filtration, and the filtered mud cake is dried in a rotary kiln, and the dried bentonite is ground in a Raymond mill to obtain a drilling mud bentonite product.
Bentonite for drilling mud materials provided in this example was tested for its mud performance index with reference to the detection method of the national standard GB_T+5005-2010 “Specification for Drilling Fluid Materials”.
Report four
A production process of sodium bentonite, the process comprises the following production steps:
Step 1: Put the mined bentonite raw material into a container and add water to stir it into a slurry, then let it stand for 1 hour and then add NaCl to stir;
Step 2: After the stirring is completed, let it stand for 1 hour, then add NaCl and sulfuric acid solution to stir, and finally let it stand for 1 hour;
Step 3: Then heat the container to 100°C and take it out after heating for 2 hours, then wash the taken out bentonite with distilled water to neutrality;
Step 4: transport the bentonite to the drying room for drying, and the surface of the bentonite is covered with a film during the drying process;
Step 5: After drying, use a screen to select low-cost bentonite.
The consumption of described sulfuric acid solution is 0.5mol/L. The consumption of bentonite and NaCl in the step 1 is 100:10. The consumption of bentonite and NaCl in the step 2 is 100:15.
Report five
A preparation process of lithium-based bentonite, the preparation process is as follows:
Step 1: Screening bentonite raw materials mined from bentonite mines to remove impurities to obtain bentonite raw materials;
Step 2: Collect the bentonite raw material in the air for 30 hours and send it to a pulverizer for grinding;
Step 3: adding a lithiation agent to the pulverized bentonite raw material, and stirring the raw material added with the lithiation agent;
Step 4: Spread the evenly stirred raw materials evenly, and heat them with hot air;
Step 5: Evenly spray a layer of lithiation agent on the surface of the heated bentonite, cover the surface of the lithiation agent with an isolation layer, and reheat it;
Step 6: send the second-heated bentonite to the packaging device for packaging after naturally returning to temperature, and complete the preparation.
When hot air heating is used in the step 4, the temperature of the bentonite is 65° C., and the hot air heating time is 36 hours. The isolation layer in the fifth step is a transparent film, and the temperature of the second heating is 55°C. The lithiation agent is lithium carbonate.
